Job Rotation has been used by many organisations as a means of developing their human resources and developing their organisational effectiveness.  The research into the most efficient and effective models of Job Rotation in its early stages.   Our attention research programme has over the pass 20 years has began to draw together the literature available.

This site provides a number of key research studies on the subject of Job Rotation.  The studies have been meta-evaluated to provide a number Job rotation models.   The evidence base for the models comes from a large longitudual action research study undertaken across a number of large healthcare organisations.
